Damaged or Incorrect items
We are not responsible for damage during shipping! Probability is very unlikely but in rare occasions postal companies do damage packages during transit. All items purchased are thoroughly inspected before packaging. No damaged products will ever be shipped out! Any Incorrect items can be returned within 7 days for store credit. Please return to address on shipping label.
Will any rhinestones fall off my custom purchase?
The rhinestones do not fall off unless you drop the item a lot!
We use a super adhesive glue that is trusted to maintain rhinestones in place. After a while of frequent use some rhinestones may start to fall off edges. Replacement rhinestones are available.
What if I have a question about my vape battery?

How long will it take for my custom item to be finished?
Custom purchases take time and lots of love and attention to detail to create your beautiful custom piece that you will not be disappointed in! I am an independent owner so all orders are made by me and only me. All orders are made in order as they come. Typically an order is ready from 1 to 3 weeks (only counting business days) depending on volume of orders. Once order is completed it is dropped off at postal service center and you will receive an email with tracking number once it is shipped out.
My package never arrived
Once items are dropped off at USPS they are no longer our responsibility. You are provided a tracking number to keep track of your order. It is very important for you to enter the correct address information. Please double check before making your purchase. I am not responsible for lost packages. If your package does not arrive please contact your local post office.
